Consulting Disclaimers

This page explains, in plain terms, what Elias Advisory, LLC is and is not. It applies to this website, the free community, every training tier, every consulting engagement, and every communication with the consulting business. Where a signed consulting agreement exists, that agreement controls; these disclaimers are incorporated into it.

1. Consulting services only

Elias Advisory, LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that provides consulting, training, and implementation services relating to the use of artificial intelligence tools in law practices. It is not a law firm. It does not practice law, does not hold itself out as practicing law, and does not provide legal services of any kind.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site, in the AI Chambers tools, in the AI Record, in the AI Sidebar, in the community, in any training, or in any consulting engagement is legal advice. The content is educational and operational. It describes how to supervise tools, not whether a particular use is permitted for you. Your compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct of your jurisdiction, with court rules, and with any ethics opinion that applies to you is your responsibility, and you should consult the authorities in your jurisdiction directly.

3. No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, joining the community, purchasing a training, engaging Elias Advisory, LLC for consulting, or communicating with Adam Elias through any channel associated with this business does not create an attorney-client relationship with Adam Elias, with Elias Advisory, LLC, or with his law practice. Adam Elias is a licensed New Jersey attorney. In this business he acts as a consultant and trainer, not as your lawyer. He will not represent you, will not appear for you, and will not give you legal advice in this capacity.

4. No privilege, no confidentiality undertaking

Communications with the consulting business are not protected by the attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine. Treat every message, form submission, community post, and consulting conversation as unprivileged. Do not send client names, client confidences, privileged documents, or any information you are ethically or contractually required to protect. If an engagement requires access to firm systems, the consulting agreement will set out the confidentiality terms that apply to that engagement; nothing beyond its written terms is promised.

5. No retainers. No trust deposits.

Fees charged by Elias Advisory, LLC are consulting fees. They are not legal fees. Elias Advisory, LLC does not accept retainers, does not hold money in trust for anyone, and does not use an attorney trust account for any part of this business. Payment terms are stated in the consulting agreement or on the order page for a training tier.

6. Separate from the law practice

Adam Elias's law practice is a separate business with its own website, its own engagement letters, its own files, and its own trust account. It is not part of this site, is not a party to any consulting agreement, and does not receive information submitted here. If you want to hire a lawyer, you will need to engage one through that lawyer's own intake, in writing, and that engagement will be governed by its own terms.

7. Tools and AI output

The tools in the AI Chambers use third-party language models and can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, outdated, or invented, including fabricated citations. Every output must be verified by you against primary sources before any reliance. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern use of the tools.

8. How this site uses AI

This site teaches AI supervision, so it discloses its own AI use the way it asks you to disclose yours.

  • The AI Sidebar. Posts are drafted with AI under Adam Elias's editorial rules and published under his name with an "AI-assisted, reviewed by Adam Elias" byline. They are commentary, not legal advice.
  • The AI Record. Stories are selected from live news search by an AI curator under written editorial rules (New Jersey first, new before recycled, US sources only, discipline stories never lead). Summaries are AI-written; the headline links to the original source.
  • The AI Chambers. Each tool sends what you type to a third-party model through our server and returns the model's output. The tools exist to help you verify; they never replace verification. See the Privacy Policy for which providers and on what terms.
  • The chat assistant. It is an automated AI, not a person and not a lawyer. It says so in its first message and whenever asked.
  • Templates, playbooks, and site copy. Drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by Adam before publication. Where a template says it must be adapted by a licensed lawyer, that includes the lawyer reading it first.
